Trials and Appeals

Our attorneys have an extensive record of successful high-stakes trials and appeals. We recognize that every trial and appeal is different and requires a unique, comprehensive strategy and plan of attack.

We have tried cases in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in a variety of private arbitration forums. We also have experience entering a mature case as co-counsel prior to trial and working with existing counsel to maximize our clients’ chance of success.
